We offer free hand delivery for all our electric bicycles within 100 miles of our Norwich store. Delivery is usually within 5-7 days and is free of charge. If you're outside this area send us an email and we'll see if we can help.
For Parts and Accessories we use Royal Mail 48 and Evri 3-5 day depending on the product purchased. Dispatch is usually next day but may take longer duding busy times and over bank holidays.
*We deliver e-Bikes by hand, for some locations additional time may be required. Certain models may be excluded or incur an additional charge for delivery to locations outside our delivery area.
